The quartz disc with holes in makes the airflow more open and easy to pull than the fritted disc. Its like adding a turbo. The fritted disc is great too for slow even pulls but this is less restricted. Not sure which I prefer but this definitely makes the airflow far more open. Great addition if you haven't got one already, definitely worth adding to your Universal Baller collection.

Got the High Airflow Disc and the V2 bowls. Managed to end up 15°C lower than I was before with great results.
