Shipping policy
Orders will be processed in the order they are received, and usually within 3 business days. We cannot guarantee that shipments will arrive on a specific day and will not refund shipping costs for delays due to the carrier.
Free Domestic Shipping on orders above $75
International Customs and duties fees may apply on top of the shipping charge. The receiver will be responsible to pay these charges. If a customer declines to pay customs charges your order WILL be assessed a returned shipping fee, as well as a restocking fee if you choose not to reship the item. International orders are at the risk of the customer and are FINAL, and no refunds will be issued. If customs seize a package it will not be refunded or reshipped.
USPS First Class International does not provide insurance and will not be eligible for lost package claims.
