Disassembly Preparation
If you plan to disassemble the device, it is best practice to loosen it before turning the PID off. While still fully heated (5+ minutes at temperature), use pliers to GENTLY loosen the threading a half turn and then let it cool down. Once cooled finish disassembling the device. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE STRONG FORCE

Stuck Adapter or Housing?
Method 1:
It is recommended to use the original Crossing Tech handle when attempting to resolve a stuck housing
The higher the temperature, the looser the pieces will be. Over tightening threads and not waiting long enough for the heat are the most frequent causes of a stuck housing.
Slight downward force in the direction demonstrated in the video may help. It may take a little practice if you plan on switching the modes frequently.

Method 2:
It may help to adjust the angle by 45 degrees to switch between the pieces you would like to unthread.

All Glass Direct Air Path
How does it work? In a ball vape, air is pulled through the top holes, heated by the hot rubies, and then passes through the plant material, vaporizing it. With the Universal Baller, the hot air only directly passes through glass components and rubies. This keeps the flavor of your herb completely pure and unaffected by the metal components!
