Don't like tinkering but want to adjust your use mode? We'll take care of it for you! Ship us the required parts (if you do not have them, add them to this order). We'll handle the disassembly and reassembly for you!
Order MUST include all necessary pieces for assembly. (Housing, Quartz insert, Rubies, Disc, and any other required accessories).
Clean everything before sending it to us. We CANNOT accept any shipments with residue from substances.
TAKE A PICTURE OF THE CONDITION OF YOUR PARTS BEFORE SHIPPING
Once the order is placed, print your receipt and include it in the box.
It is highly recommended to purchase package insurance. We will not replace parts lost in the mail on the way to us.
If you do not have a picture and it arrives broken, we will have to assume you shipped it to us broken and will charge you for the replacement parts. This also applies to improperly packed items that lack sufficient cushioning.

Once your package arrives, we will service your item within 5-7 days of receipt. When finished, we will assess any additional charges (missing parts, shipping) and return the device to you. If your order includes enough parts for free shipping, we will not charge for the return shipping. Most existing parts orders will incur a return shipping cost.
